In one course, Customer Loyalty and Retention, students will play a computer game to test their ability to handle customer complaints. Faced with an unhappy caller, for example, they’re asked to choose from a list of possible responses: ‘We don’t do that, ma’am, we are a mega-corporation … ‘ or ‘I assure you we wouldn’t try to trick you’ or ‘I understand it can be confusing. … ‘”

moa12 Demolition of The Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome/Mall of America Field has begun, clearing the way to begin construction of the $1 billion dollar replacement planned for the existing site. Of that $1 Billion, just over half will be provided by the taxpayers, with the city of Minneapolis on the hook for an additional $678 billion dollars over the next thirty years. It seems only fair and just that we should open our wallets and our hearts for the most needy amongst us.
